	My parents arrive today (!!) via airplane. My mom is probably freaking out as I type this...I imagine they're soaring through the air and she's trying not to hyperventilate. Hopefully my dad is keeping her calm. I'm picking them up from the airport, and then taking them to their hotel to drop off stuff, and then we're picking up a car for them. Then I'm taking them to my drag meeting. Oh goodness. I love that, although I haven't technically come out to my parents, I can take them to my drag meeting. I'm sure they know I'm a big homo, it just keeps not coming up. And I really don't feel like explaining queer to them just yet, though they'll learn by osmosis tonight. Mostly it will suck when they find out I'm not looking to marry anyone, not even a lady. That's what my mom will shed tears over. No Gypsy in a white dress. Le sadness. I look better in black anyway. But speaking of queer weddings (ha ha, what a segue), I saw Shrek 2 last night. Yes, it's not supposed to be out yet, but it was on the marquee of a local theatre and they were playing it and I went and watched it all by myself. Oh. My. God. So funny. So good. I think it's a political statement on gay marriage, really, though going into details would require spoilers. Anyway, if anyone sees it and wants to talk queer theory with me, we'll email, ok? Brilliant. In the meantime, I need to get back to work. My boss keeps assuming I'm coming in early, and then when I get in what I think is thirty minutes late she is extremely annoyed with me. Blar for our lack of communication. Oh but I'm graduating tomorrow, my sweet parents are coming today, and all is right with the world, mostly.
