	I'm renting a laptop from Rent A Center. Cross your fingers that it doesn't explode upon contact with my fingers, okay? With any luck it will be here tomorrow, and I shall shove this computer into her sad little carrying case and laugh (ha ha) as I type the rest of my thesis. I can almost hear the angry clicking from this computer now... The car also gets towed tomorrow, and will hopefully need naught but a new battery and a slight disconnection of the windshield fluid pump. My mechanically inclined relatives think the whole gas/jumpy car/squirty wiper fluid thing has something to do with a faulty voltage regulator and a slightly mucked up electrical system. All I'm saying is I want a bandaid that sticks for anywhere from one to two months, until I know what's going on after graduation and can decide whether or not I'll have the job that will take me to the car lots and let me find myself a new wagon. I cannot stop thinking about the Mercury retrograde and how it's all just bastard planets. Communication is fouled now, and I'm wondering who has misunderstood me lately. Hmm. Oh, and I am sending Drag Crush a handsome little card that I made with haikus and stickers and other such cutenesses. Poet Roommate said, "well, she'll know you have a little bit of a crush on her." To which I replied, "it's ok; she has a little bit of a crush on me too." That kind of crush, anyway. The stickers and cards kind. I feel miraculously squishy after having a blatantly mediocre day.
